Who this book is for

## The person who signs.

This book is for the person who signs for what the organization does with what it believes: a chief executive, a chief operating, risk or data officer, the head of a function where agents already draft, recommend or act. It assumes no technical background. It assumes responsibility.

What you take away

## A method for one workflow.

A vocabulary for decisions that today hide inside the word “approved”. Ten principles. A method you can start on one workflow next Monday, with the worksheet available on this page. And a way to tell, after the model changes, what your organization has actually learned.

The argument

## Follow the answer after it leaves *the conversation.*

An agent produces an answer. Someone copies it into a report. Another system retrieves it. A team acts on it. AI-nterprise follows the organizational claim through those handoffs and asks where its authority comes from.

The book examines how generated output becomes warranted knowledge, how memory shapes later work, and how a recommendation acquires permission to change something outside the conversation.

Its central question is practical: can the enterprise identify what it relied on, who authorized the consequence, and what must change when the underlying claim is corrected?
